We have learned to ask the right questions and screen for more mild issues like muscle spasms and mobility restrictions before they become larger issues. Though most people see these aches and pains as a normal part of everyday life, they can predispose an athlete to injury.

I have had 3 knee surgeries that happened while in college playing football and have struggled with knee pain and a lack of range of motion for almost 15 years.
Dr. Bryan was able to work on things within my knee alignment that were keeping me from increasing my range of motion no matter how much I stretched. Now since improving range of motion, I have been able to increase muscle mass in my hamstrings and quads which has taken stress off my knee joint.
